  4. : I called and ordered the upgrade to the PC version @ 10:00EST on the 17th.
  5. : I was told it would ship the >next day< and arrive wednesday AM.

  7. : Wednesday, 1PM, NO Lightwave. Called NewTek, said "whats up?"
  8. : Answer: I'll call you back....

  10. : Thursday, after failing to recieve a return call, I call NewTek again
  11. : only to be told that the product is BACK ORDERED! Hmmm.....

  13. : It seems that upgrade money is not good enough to pay the rent ;)

  17. I'm confused. How does backordered upgrades relate to NewTek being in 
  18. sever financial distress?
